Music and Songs for your Peace of Mind.
Here I would like to write about our Peace of mind ?
Why do we loose the peace of mind ?
How we behave to our lovable wife, kids, mother, father and friends.?
How do you have to enjoy Living?
In today's life we get lot of pressure in work place, even to catch a bus in time, buying things etc.
All these are games in the life. At the end of the day When we reach home, we angry on our lovable.
Though you are angry on them , they are loving us all the time. But we have to realize that.
Otherwise in later point of time, we will be loosing their hearts.
When I worked in USA, Our manager will assign some tough problematic work to me, then he used to say "Have Fun". It is the culture there. Here We should understand that he is asking to take the easily and do it.
We will not be able to see all possible ways to get the work done, When we think that the work is too hard.
Coming to our point, We will talk about the simple and possible ways to get peace of mind.
The research says that the following practices will bring peace to our mind. You have to enjoy and love doing it, to this to work.
1. Reading Books
2. Dancing
3. Listening to Music
4. Tuning Music
5. Singing Songs
I avoided few things here because that may cause side effects. It is not good to write here, because the purpose of this article will be defeated.
We will see how each one give us peace of mind.
Our mind keeps thinking about different things. It is thinking mainly about the people around us,
their activities, their past comments, our future, money, our health and even to purchase a small item we think and worry a lot.
So our mind is thinking a lot without stopping. It is the nature given gift to us.
But when you want peace of mind, you have to stop thinking a lot. Concentrate in a particular enjoyable activity.
Do not rest, work, do some activity all the time. Normally when you do any one of the above 5 activity, you stop thinking a lot. You can try it out.
1) Reading Books
When you reading of your interest, you are not thinking anything else.
2) Dancing
While you dance you getting excersise to your whole body from head to feet. Like while you are getting in swimming
Also your mind is totally concentrated on the dance movements
3) Listening to Music
You will not think about anything else when listeting to a music.
4) Tuning Music
When you are tuning music using your favorite instruments
(any Instrument - Guitar, Drum, Violin etc)
When Tuning a music you get concentration in your mind as like people getting in meditation. But meditation requires lots of effort to put to bring your mind to control.
5) Singing Songs
When you sing a song , your mind is totally concentrated. Try it now
Singing Is very simple to do it, you can do this while walk, travel, take bath, sitting and even while you work.
You do not require anything extra to do this. Try your meaning full songs from mother tongue,
enjoy the meaning of the songs.
Just sing, it is easy, does not require any tools, anytime anywhere you can sing, you do not have
to control your mind as you require for meditation etc. I can say lots of benefits

Sing Now ...
A boat in a silent river....
The boat will shake when the river flooded...
It will be safe, if it is in the side of the river...
....
(You can rewrite in your own poetic words. Spend your time. Do not leave your mind to go on its own way.)
Before sleep or any convenient time spend 2 minutes saying the below words in your mind. Close your eyes. Say it very smoothly and rhythmic.

Relaxing my feet,
Relaxing my knees,
Relaxing my back,
I am Relaxing...
Relaxing my lower back,
Relaxing my middle back,
Relaxing my upper back,
Relaxing my eyes,
Relaxing my lips,
Relaxing my neck,
I am Relaxing...
Relaxing...
Relaxing my shoulder,
Relaxing my upper arms,
Relaxing my arms,
Relaxing my elbow,
Relaxing my wrist,
Relaxing my fingers,
I am Relaxing...
Relaxing...
Relaxing my inner organs,
Relaxing my brain,
Relaxing my heart,
Relaxing my kidney,
I am Relaxing...
Relaxing...
Relaxing my whole system
I am Relaxing...
Relaxing...
Be silent for 1 minute
Close your eyes
Run your mind from top head to feet, jus 1 or 2 minutes
Now your mind gets relaxed. If you do this every day, you get peace in mind. This is the last practice in the Yoga.
